When a client authorizes Marlin Media to manage or analyze an advertising account, our internal systems may access information made available through that advertising platform.For Google Ads, Marlin Media uses the Google Ads API to access Google Ads accounts that have explicitly granted Marlin Media the appropriate account or manager access.Depending on the services being provided and permissions granted, Google Ads data accessed may include:

  • Google Ads account and customer information;
  • campaign and advertising structure;
  • campaign status and configuration;
  • impressions, clicks, cost, CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion value, and other advertising performance metrics where available;
  • other Google Ads information required to provide authorized reporting, monitoring, analysis, and paid-media management services.

Marlin Media accesses Google user data only as necessary to provide or improve the services requested by the applicable client.

4. How We Use Information

  • provide paid-media management, reporting, analytics, strategy, and consulting services;
  • monitor and analyze advertising performance;
  • prepare strategic recommendations;
  • operate and improve our internal paid-media tools and workflows;
  • maintain client-specific business context, strategic decisions, tests, recommendations, and advertising performance history;

Marlin Media does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising purposes, sell Google user data, or provide Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.Google user data is not used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

5. Marlin Paid Media

Marlin Paid Media is a private, internal system used by authorized Marlin Media personnel and contractors involved in managing approved client paid-media accounts.

The system combines authorized advertising-platform information with client-specific business and strategy context to support reporting, monitoring, analysis, recommendations, human decision-making, and controlled advertising operations.

Advertising account mappings and API credentials are maintained server-side. Users of Marlin Paid Media do not receive unrestricted access to arbitrary client advertising accounts.Material advertising actions are subject to Marlin Media's internal approval and control processes.

Advertising-platform credentials and API credentials used by our internal systems are stored in secure server-side environments and are not intentionally exposed through client-facing interfaces.

Marlin Media does not sell personal information or Google user data.
