We rebuilt it using the AIDO framework.
When we started, the issue wasn’t traffic.

The product solves a simple problem: replacing disposable bagged ice with a reusable alternative.
But that definition wasn’t consistently structured across the site. AI systems don’t infer intent the way humans do. They interpret what’s explicitly written. So we rebuilt the architecture.
We introduced explicit framing:

That language appeared:
• On the homepage
• On product pages
• Across use-case landing pages
Consistency strengthens interpretation.
Instead of relying only on product pages, we built structured use-case coverage:
• Fishing
• Camping
• School lunches
• Home use
Each page explained:
• When the product is used
• Why sealed cooling matters
• What problem it replaces
This created contextual depth AI systems can interpret.
Most brands imply differentiation.
We made it explicit.
Instead of: “Long-lasting cooling.”
We structured:
• Replaces buying disposable ice.
• Prevents meltwater pooling.
• Keeps food dry.
Clear replacement framing strengthens semantic clarity.
We expanded structured FAQ content to answer:
• How is this different from regular ice?
• How long does it stay cold?
• What environments is it designed for?
AI systems rely heavily on Q&A structure for synthesis.
Adding structured FAQ content increases interpretive confidence.
Language was standardized across:
• Homepage
• Use-case pages
• Product detail pages
